日益紧缺的能源、高涨的油价、环保压力和能源安全战略迫使各国政府大力推广可再生能源。其中开发和利用太阳能已成为能源建设和投资的热点。欧美等发达国家相继出台鼓励政策积极发展应用太阳能等新能源，以减少对石油能源的依赖。欧洲权威机构指出，2006年德国太阳能光伏市场增幅仍可达到35%，高于世界平均水平，预计2006至2010年，欧洲太阳能光伏装机容量可达7000mwp。

The increasingly scarce energy, up oil price, environmental protection pressure and the energy security strategy, all force the various countries' governments to vigorously promote the renewable energy, among which the application and the development of solar energy has been the hot spot of energy construction and investment. The developed countries of Europe and America and so on, appear to encourage the policy one after another positively to develop the applicable solar energy and so on the new energy, in order to reduce the dependence at the petroleum energy. The European authoritative organization pointed out the increased range of German PV market is still to be possible to achieve 35%, higher than the world average level, and it is estimated the PV installed capacity of European solar energy is to be possible at 7000mwp.

进入21世纪，中国政府也开始出台政策鼓励发展利用太阳能，《可再生能源法》从2006年1月1日起生效，政府宣布其目标是到2020年要使生产的清洁能源占到能源产量的10%——大大高于目前的1%。各地方政府也积极响应，其中上海市和江苏省相继提出了10万太阳能屋顶和5万太阳能屋顶发电工程计划。今后15年，可再生能源将在中国发展成为规模达1000亿美元的市场。

Entering the 21st century, the Chinese government also starts to issue the policy on the encouragement to develop and make use of solar energy. “Renewable Energy Law” has taken effective since Jan 1, 2006. The government announced that the target is the clean energy produced will be rated at 10% in 2020, much higher than the present rate 1%. Each local authority also positively responds; Shanghai and Jiangsu Province respectively propose 100 million solar roofs and 50 thousand solar roofs electricity generation projects plan. In the late 15 years, the Chinese renewable energy market will develop to be 100 thousands million.

光伏产业是世界上发展最快的能源产业之一，中国太阳能市场以年增长率20%-30%的速度递增，为欧洲的2倍，北美的4倍，已成为世界最大的太阳能应用市场。中国太阳能光伏行业已涌现了一批以无锡尚德、天威英利、上海太阳能科技、南京中电、江苏林洋、宁波太阳能电源为代表的具有自主创新能力与较大产业化规模的光伏企业。中国正迅速发展成为该工业的全球领袖。

PV industry is one of energy industries developing the fastest in the world. Chinese solar market increases progressively by the yearly rate 20%-30%, double that of Europe, and quadruple that of North America, being the biggest solar application market in the world. Chinese PV industry has sprung up a group of PV companies with independent innovation ability and larger industrialization scale, such as Wuxi SUNTECH, Tianwei YINGLI, Shanghai Solar Energy S & T, CEEG, Linyang Electronics, NingBo Solar Electric Power, as the representatives. China is developing to be the global leader in the industry.

为推动中国生态.能源建设，扩大中德及国际交流，提高中国太阳能技术水平，促进光伏领域的国际合作，由上海能源化工协会发起，国际机构共同参与的“2007中德国际太阳能产业及光伏工程(上海)展览会”将于2007年5月11 -13日在中国.上海隆重举办。CGSEE热忱欢迎太阳能光伏领域业内人士携起手来、通过广泛深入的交流与合作，以技术的创新共创绿色能源的美好未来。CGSEE希望您能籍此机会认识更多相关领域的同行，愿此次活动能带给您新的朋友和机会。

In order to promote the Chinese ecological energy building, enlarge the international communication between China and Germany and among many other countries, improve Chinese solar technology, advance the international cooperation in the PV field, originated by Shanghai Energy Resources & Chemical Industry Association, jointly attended by the international institutions, “2007Sino-Germany International Solar Energy & PV Projects (Shanghai) Exhibition” will be held from May 11, 2007 to May 13, 2007 in Shanghai, China. With full of warm-heartedness, CGSEE welcome professionals in the PV field to join hands, through extensive communication and cooperation, to create the beautiful future of green energy by the technical innovation. a、  2006年8月：建设展览会专业网站做为展览会对外信息交流平台和窗口，通过google、yahoo、sohu、sina、alibaba、baidu进行推广。周期为2006年8月-2007年5月15日。

Aug., 2006： Build professional exhibition web as the information exchange platform and the window of CGSEE, and popularize CGSEE through some popular websites, such as google, baidu, yahoo, sohu, sina, alibaba, etc. The duration is Aug., 2006 – March 31, 2007.

b、  2006年9月：通过相关行业网站建立合作关系，发布本届展览会广告，在行业网站相关栏目报道展览会进程和重要展商及展品信息。周期为2006年8月-2007年5月15日。

Sept., 2006：Cooperate with some international websites of professional organizations and exhibition companies, such as ISES, REECO, etc., on which CGSEE will be issued, including the procedure, the VIP exhibitors and exhibiting products. The duration is Sept., 2006 – May 15, 2007.

September, 2006： Establish cooperation relationship with the professional newspapers, periodicals and magazines, such as “New Energy Industry”, “Energy Project” “Solar Energy Journal” “Renewable Energy”, “Western Solar Energy”, “Discovery Resources-Solar Energy”, “Wind Power Electricity”, "Energy Conservation And Environmental protection", "New Material Industry", "Semiconductor", on which CGSEE will be issued, including the procedure, the VIP exhibitors and exhibiting products. The duration is Sept., 2006 – April 30, 2007.

d、  2006年11月：将本届展览会信息发布在《中国经营报》、《解放日报》、《新民晚报》，《上海科技报》由媒体对本届展览会进行跟踪报道，并于2007年5月11日对本届展览会作重要新闻报道。形成立体传播的格局，让媒体聚集“CGSEE中德光伏展”。

November, 2006： CGSEE news will be issued on “Chinese Management” “Liberation Daily” “Xinmin Evening News” “Shanghai Science & Technology Newspaper”, meanwhile the media TV will carry on the track report and will make the important news report on May 11,2007.  Thus, the Three-Dimensional pattern will be formed, and CGSEE will be focused.

 

a、  编辑印刷《展会快报》：从2006年9月至2007年4月，每月一期，通过邮局邮寄给目标观众。

Edit and print “CGSEE Bulletin”：Post the monthly publication to the target customers from Sept., 2006 – Apr., 2007.

b、  编写展会新闻通过“互联网”不定期向目标客户数据库中的客户传递展会最新进程信息和行业资讯。

Non-periodically send the latest CGSEE news and professional information to the target customers in the target customers database.

c、  由合作媒体不定期向其会员单位发送本届展会的动态信息。

Cooperation Medias will non-periodically issue the dynamic CGSEE news to the member units.

d、  召开新闻发布会，公布展商合作项目和政府招标项目。

Hold the news issuing conference, announcing the cooperation inclination of exhibitors and the bids-needed items of the government.

e、  印刷参观券30万份，请谏5000张，于2006年12月-2007年3月邮寄给目标客户，邀请其届时前来参观洽谈。

Print 300,000 pieces of visitor ticket, 5,000 pieces of invitation and then mail them to the target visitors during December, 2006 – March, 2007, inviting them to attend the business negotiation during the CGSEE period.

f、   通过合作报刊发行渠道夹寄展览会参观券。

Send the visitor tickets attached with the cooperation newspapers and periodicals.

g、  在展览会网站开通观众登记服务，有意参观本届展览会的客商可通过在线登记获得更多关于展览会的信息和参观券。

Open the customers registering service on the CGSEE website, from which, those who are interested in participating CGSEE, can get much more exhibition information and the visitor tickets by registering on line.

1.     企业确定参展，填好参展申请表并加盖公章传真或邮寄至大会组委会；

Exhibitors fax or post the application form to the preparing committee, which has been filled in and sealed.

2.     组委会收到确认申请表，参展商于10个工作日内将参展费用汇入组委会帐户，并将汇款凭证传真至组委会以便查对；

Exhibitors remit the exhibition fee to the account designated by the committee within 10 days after filling in the application form, and fax the remitting evidence to the preparing committee to make a confirmation.

3.     展位安排原则“先申请，先付款，先安排”；
